Your initial session

We want to make sure all our clients feel welcome, safe, and understood. Your confidentiality is very important to us. During your initial visits, we will begin gathering information about your reason for seeking therapy, in addition to gaining background about your unique life history. This is important so that an accurate assessment can be made and we can tailor a plan to help you meet your needs and goals. 

Policy and fees: 

Sessions are 50 minutes in duration

Cost for each session is $225

Carolina Castillo is an in network provider with United Healthcare and Cigna

Kevin Melendy is an in network provider with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Medicare

A sliding scale may be provided; please inquire if payment is an issue

Cancellation Policy: To avoid a $75 fee, notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel and reschedule.
